A Saturday Evening Fellowship
CONNECTFort Hill was birthed out of a group of people who found themselves as part of the “Diaspora” those who were “scattered” as the Book of James addresses them. If you have found yourself to be in the group of disgruntled, distraught, or just burnt by the church but still want to learn Gods Word, this group is open to you.
CONNECTFortHill is not against the “organized church” we believe that we as the people of God ARE THE CHURCH and we are all called to fellowship through Jesus and carry out the Great Commission! CONNECTFort Hill merely exist to assist those who for whatever reason find themselves without fellowship with Gods people in the tri- areas of Willamina, Sheridan & Grand Ronde. This is a Home Fellowship designed to grow Gods people through His Word One Heart, One Mind, One Lord.
What transpires on our Saturday gatherings is we have a meal together followed by a time of sharing and then the study of Gods word. The study is developed to help each and every person learn to apply it to their ever day life. As the Apostle Peter tells us to “Grow in the Grace and in the knowledge of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.”
There are no agendas here when we meet and we simply meet to see Jesus in and through His word and following His commands to Love God & Love Others. If you long for this in your life and have a desire to grow you are welcomed to join us. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Meal Fellowship
We have found that there is just something special about gathering around the table together to break bread and eat a meal together as a fellowship. Generally there is a main dish provided and people are generous enough to fill in side dishes that go with it. It is not uncommon to see desserts pop up into the mix to enjoy with the coffee that is provided.
There is NO requirement to bring a dish just an open invitation for all to partake.
Worship
WORSHIP: the feeling or expression of reverence and adoration for a deity.
Here @ CONNECTFortHill We Worship God by learning of Him through His Word. We worship Him with our hearts, in our giving and through the practical use of Gifts He has given each person.
Our studies are designed to be “interactive” and inductive (letting Gods word speak for itself) rather than deductive ( begin with a premise). A prerequisite for this is you must have a bible! Gods Word is important to the growth of the believer and this is how He speaks to us.
We worship Jesus through Communion as a group thereby thanking Him for all that He did for us on the cross.
Prayer
Prayer in the life of the believer is foremost as it is how Jesus communed with the Father. Of all the things the Apostles saw Jesus do it was prayer that they asked Him to teach them. After our study we spend some time in prayer for not only our needs but the needs of others. We have found it beneficial to pray in the acronym of ACTS!
Adoration ~ Giving adoration to God for all He has done for us
Confession ~ confessing our sins where we have fallen short making our hearts right by the hearing of His word
Thanksgiving ~ We give thanks always remembering that our salvation is a free gift from Him through His Son Jesus Christ.
Supplication~ We now make requests for our personal & corporate needs as a fellowship
